Gentle Giant Rowing Club is a small non-profit out of Somerville Ma. that provides FREE youth rowing to local teens. This years fundraiser is a two week fitness challenge. Each participant will be sent a Challenge Card as well as a pdf of 25 workout circuits.
For 2 weeks (Monday-Friday) we will post the challenge card pulled. EX G7. The workout
listed for the day labeled G7 workout of the day! Get FIVE in a ROW.... Let us know about your win! Each participant will also be mailed a GGRC baseball cap and water bottle!
