Get A Helmet LIVE Podcast Record Event w/ THE CAULDRON

Join us for a live podcast record event with Kate McBride and Carlie Febo of The Cauldron!
The night will kick off with a short guided meditation and then we will jump into the live podcast record! During the interview, we will dive into everything from what is what like getting The Cauldron off of the ground to feminism as a whole to body image + self worth. Then we mingle with wine, snacks + magical community.

Caroline Aylward is the creator of Get A Helmet, a company focused on heart centered storytelling through video, audio + the body. She creates brand documentaries for female identifying small business owners, artists and makers and also offers 1:1 mentorship sessions for womxn ready to unapologetically reconnect to their power + release shame. The Get A Helmet Podcast is focused on spirituality, creativity and wellness -- available on iTunes, Spotify and anywhere you download your podcasts. At the end of this year, Caroline is shooting a film on womxn’s body image and self worth here in Boston with an all female crew + cast called In This Body.

The Cauldron is a radical feminist social practice focusing on transformative experiences through intentional gathering, vulnerability, and fostering community.

This project was co-founded by Carlie Febo and Kate McBride, two feminist killjoys working hard to create community by elevating platonic intimacy, getting angry, and thinking critically about celebrating each other and ourselves. After being frustrated by the lack of radical feminist spaces in Boston, they decided to create one. They met in the art world and became a force together, who then wanted to share that magic.
