Geared toward yoga students who enjoy gentle exercise, this class is a meditative practice through the physical body. Join us for an inclusive and inspiring evening, where a community yoga teacher guides you through a mindful yoga flow.

Registration is highly encouraged. Visit the link for the series and choose the class(es) for which you want to register. Please visit the "Registration Required" box on this calendar entry for more information. If there is space available, walk-ins are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you are able to do so. A limited number of mats will be provided for attendees who do not have access to them. New participants will be asked to sign a waiver. Printed copies are available at the start of each class.

About the instructor for the April 16 and July 23 classes:

Ellen O'Hara, RN, MS is an RYT-500 yoga instructor. She has been teaching in the Boston suburbs for twelve years. She has 100 hour certifications in Yoga for Athletes and Trauma Informed Yoga. She is also an ACE certified personal trainer and enjoys the crossover between the two disciplines. She enjoys sharing the body/mind/breath practice of yoga with all ages, abilities and experience levels.

About the instructor for the May 7 and June 18 classes:

John McDonough is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher who trained at Down Under studios in Brookline where he lives. He has been teaching yoga in community settings since 2016. "It's your class, not mine."
