As winter approaches, the quality of life worsens for people who are housing insecure. Join us for a 90-minute donation-based fundraiser to help the people who need the most support this winter.
In conjunction with Life Alive Cafe, join three teachers, Cole Hilaire, Daniel Orlansky, and Luciana Witowski for a collaborative practice that combines the power of breath, asana flow, and restorative postures.
This workshop is inspired by the spirit of dana (cultivating generosity) and all monies raised will be given to a Pine Street Inn.
Come as you are, give what you can: all are welcome. For those who can’t make it in person, the workshop will be live-streamed.
