Dirty Water Saloon is a weekly partner and line dance for queer folks and our friends and allies. Our original style was pretty country, hence the "Saloon" in the name; but now we also play a lot of Americana, pop, blues, R&B, and rock.
The main partner dances we do are Two-Step and West Coast Swing, but we throw in some waltz, East Coast, or shadow once in a while for kicks. You can either lead or follow, whatever you feel, no matter what delicious flavor of gender you identify as.
Line dances in heavy rotation run the gamut from totally country ones like "Country As Can Be" to R&B/pop ones like "Feedback" done to Janet Jackson.

To learn more steps for real, show up in time for the lesson at 7 p.m. The lessons are fun and very welcoming to brand new beginners.
