Beginning Tuesday July 10th, join Boston’s award-winning G2O Spa + Salon and EverybodyFights yoga instructor Laura Mucci, for an immersive and restorative FLOW Yoga Class inside G2O’s state-of-the-art Himalayan Salt Cave, every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the summer season. As part of the EverybodyFights 5-part class series based on a real boxer's training camp, FLOW is an hour of yoga, stretching, mindfulness, deep breathing and meditation designed to help you recover and restore.
Guests are invited to bring their yoga mat and athletic apparel for an hour of rejuvenation in G2O’s Salt Cave. Breathing in the salt air and negative ions in the cave not only helps increase mood and energy, but also cleanses and detoxifies your respiratory system. The natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of the salt help reduce stress, provide relief for sinus and respiratory ailments such as allergies or colds and may help improve skin conditions.
Classes are $50 each and take place every Tuesday from 8:00AM-9:00AM and Wednesday from 6:00PM-7:00PM at G2O Spa + Salon located at 33 Exeter Street in Boston, MA. Space is limited with only 10 spots available per class, so make sure to reserve your ticket at https://ebfg2o.eventbrite.com.
Additionally, G2O will host an exclusive hour-long FLOW recovery class for its members on Sunday, September 9th from 12:00PM-1:00PM at EverybodyFights Seaport, located at 15 Channel Center Street in Boston, MA.
