The F•R•I•E•N•D•S Pop-Up is coming to Boston! Immerse yourself in your favorite show with set re-creations, photo ops and, of course, Central Perk.


The popup debuted in NYC in September and Boston will be the second city to showcase the F•R•I•E•N•D•S experience.

Tickets go on sale November 1st and the popup will open on November 21st and run through January 5th.

Where is the experience located?


The Pop-Up is located at 401 Park in the Fenway neighborhood. The entrance is located at the corner of Brookline Ave and Fullerton St.


What can I expect?


An experience that will make all your friends jealous! We'll have set re-creations like Joey & Chandler's apartment, Central Perk (obviously), tons of photo opportunities, original props, limited edition merchandise and more.


Special Events on Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day will have additional special programming.


When do I need to arrive for the reservation time on my ticket?


Please arrive 10 minutes before your ticketed time slot. Please note that tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased. If you miss your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid and entry is not guaranteed.


How long will it take to experience the pop-up?


The FRIENDS Boston Pop-Up will take approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. Don't forget to save time to explore the merchandise in our pop-up shop!


What are the operating hours?


We are open 7 days a week from 9:30am - 10:00pm, beginning November 21 through January 5 (except for special holiday hours - see below). The final time slot to enter the pop-up on regular scheduled days is at 9:30pm.


Is the pop-up open on holidays?


Thanksgiving: Open for Friendsgiving Event - 11am-5pm (last ticketed entry at 4pm)


Christmas Eve: Open - 9:30am-5pm (last ticketed entry at 4pm)


Christmas Day: Closed.


New Year's Eve: Open for New Year's Event - 9:30am-1am (last ticketed entry at 12:10am)


New Year's Day: Open for New Year's Event - 9:30am-10pm (last ticketed entry at 9:30pm)


Can I leave the pop-up and return?


We do not allow re-entry.


Is photography and video allowed?
Yes! We encourage you to take as many photos as you would like. Don't forget to share them on social media using the hashtag #friendspopup.


Is food and beverage allowed inside the experience??


No outside foor or drink is allowed. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Central Perk cafe within the pop-up experience.


Are pets allowed in the pop-up?


We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, no pets or emotional support animals are permitted — not even the duck and the chick. Service animals will be allowed.
