Fresh Produce will celebrate is 10th anniversary on Saturday July 30 with underground hip-hop legends Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito, exactly 10 years and 1 day after the party premiered at Good Life in the summer of 2006.
Fresh Produce has seen the likes of many stars bless the decks from DMC turntablist-world champions to Hip Hop-legends like Grandmaster Flash and Pete Rock.
Still hosted by Boston-based web site undergroundhiphop.com and a new host partnership recently formed with NEHip-Hop.com. Fresh Produce combines forces on the last Saturday of each month.
The music is a mixture of new and old hip-hop, trap, reggae and party jams, with plenty of turntablism-style scratching and near flawless mixing.
