Relax! It's time for Yoga Nidra!


This monthly fundraiser Yoga Nidra class is just what you need to unwind in a stressful time.
Yoga Nidra is a restorative yoga practice with an emphasis on deep relaxation and guided meditation. Led by the sweet and soothing voice of Giuliana Theresa, you will be transported to your happy place.
