Wednesdays and Saturdays 5 pm to 6 pm.
Preparation;
Please do not have full meal two hours before the class.
Use yoga mat. If you don't use yoga mat then please use non slippery floor or carpet.
Please have chanting bead ready if you have one for mantra meditation. Otherwise it can be done without the chanting bead.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.The participant assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
The participant agrees to irrevocably release and waive any claims that he/she has now or may have hereafter against Siva Bhakti Yoga Society and its instructors.
