Tai Chi/QiGong are exercises that benefit both the body and the mind. They are relaxing and meditative, They strengthen the body and its sense of balance and motion.
We are doing Tai Chi/QiGong every morning from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM (excluding raining days) at the basketball court, next to the Clemente Field,across the back entrance of Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
The key to master Tai Chi is to keep on practicing; It becomes easier over time.
We do Tai Chi/QiGong for the extraordinary health benefits, not for profit! You are welcome to join us for free any time while we are practicing, no registration necessary.
