Our friends at Studio Barre Dedham are here to tuck you up! Get in on the fun for their 60-minute pop-up fitness class at University Station on Saturday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Class begins promptly at 11 a.m. located inside next to Famous Footwear.
All you need is to sign-up, bring a yoga mat, socks, and water bottle. We encourage you to wear clothing you're comfortable moving + sweating in. Leggings, {capri length or longer} a top that completely covers midriff and socks. The reason leggings and a full covered top are encouraged is to keep the heat in the body to prevent injury while keeping muscles warm.
