Experience a free prenatal yoga class at Coolidge Yoga, sponsored by next-door neighbors Strawberry Childcare. Stick around after class to learn more about Strawberry Childcare programs and Coolidge Yoga’s pre- and post-natal and kids yoga classes.

Prenatal yoga offers expecting moms a safe yoga class during this time of tremendous change and transition. The class will provide a workout, focus and connection to breath for relaxation, as well as support and community during this exciting time of life.
