Join WomenExplore for our fall lecture series titled, "Learning from Surprising Places" featuring Susan Linn, creative play expert, psychiatry lecturer at Harvard Medical School, and research associate at Boston Children's Hospital for her lecture on "Free Play: Learning, Creativity and a Meaningful Life." Susan was Founding Director of the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood from 2000 to 2015. Her books include "Consuming Kids: The Hostile Takeover of Childhood," and "The Case for Make Believe: Saving Play in a Commercialized World." Martha Nielsen, a Women Explore member, will present the focus talk from 11:40 to noon.
