April 5th - Free DANCE, BALLET & PILATES for the whole family


Special Guest: Kseniya Melyukhina
MC: Victor Moisescu
Kseniya is a professional ballet and contemporary dancer who has become one of Boston's most beloved dance and ballet teachers. She has a special place in her heart for Rhythmic gymnastics and is currently working with Rhythmic Dreams highest level gymnasts, helping them achieve those perfect lines! Tonight she is going to share her talent and charm to the entire community. She will teach a fun dance class, focusing on rhythm, strength, and flexibility, sprinkled with elements of pilates exercises, to keep things interesting.
No dance experience is needed, just your smile and great energy!

To unwind and have fun Remote Rhythmics hosts everyday dance-like workouts at 7 pm EST for the whole family! Choreographed dances that can be performed in limited spaces, conditioning exercises, some acrobatics and breathing exercises. For families to stay connected and dance with their friends!
