Class Descriptions:
Hour of Power:
Join us for this 60 minute hour of Power. This class is designed to flush you out, move your body and spirit. This class will focus on building strength & stability via asana. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow:
You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

Roll & Restore:
Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls put the power of self-massage into your own hands. Learn specialized ball rolling techniques that help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage into your high-tension areas. Each class includes guided rolling exercises and stretching and deep relaxation to close. You will leave with greater self-awareness and freedom and ease in your body.

All classes are via Zoom! Please make sure to create a Yogaworks account and have Zoom downloaded ahead of class time.
