In honor of Domestic Abuse Awareness Month, Verizon and The Ring Boxing Club are standing up to domestic violence by offering a FREE Real World Self-Defense class on Wednesday, October 26th, at 6:30pm!


This unique self-defense class combines boxing with Krav Maga, the official self-defense system of the Israeli Army. You'll learn practical and effective techniques that will keep you safe in any environment.
