"The timeless philosophical question of ""Who am I?"" is as old as the human experience. Although I am the only one who can know what I really want, the ancient teachings can help shed light on my values, goals, and dreams.


This course uses a combination of instruction and dialogue designed to deepen inter-personal exchange and self-reflection.


We will explore the sources of wisdom that can be applied to daily life in a practical way from the Buddha, the Stoics, Plato, Ancient India, Ancient Egypt and more in this 8-week course.
