Forum on the Retention of International Students & Technology Entrepreneurs

The Government of Massachusetts is exploring ways to retain more of their international students and technology entrepreneurs. This is part of the innovation policy, which also includes promotion of their world-class institutions, fostering entrepreneurship and advanced manufacturing. swissnex Boston, the Consulate of Switzerland will be part of the first such pilot, where the Government of Massachusetts is directly approaching Swiss-related talents to show ways how to continue to contribute to the innovation economy of Massachusetts. Discussion topic will include immigration aspects, internship opportunities and funding schemes in various fields such as Life Sciences or Clean Energy. A high-level representative of the Government of Massachusetts is expected to give the welcome address.
