Enjoy a tour of Boston's wholesale flower market filled with spectacular seasonal flowers and learn how to create your own gorgeous arrangement!
On the tour of the New England Flower Exchange you will see thousands of beautiful flowers, foliages and plants and get a first-hand look at how professional florists choose the flowers and materials they use to create their bouquets and arrangements. You will explore where the flowers being sold at the Exchange originate and the journey they take to get to Boston. In the hands on design workshop lead by the Cass School of Floral Design you will learn how to create a wonderful natural style flower arrangement. The Workshop will include tips on how to select the best flowers and containers and how to keep flowers living as long as possible. You will leave with a wonderful arrangement designed by you and the skills to make your own arrangements at home.
