Join us on Sunday December 18th for an in-person experience hosted at Turtle Swamp Brewery in Jamaica Plain. We’ll start with a 60 min movement class led by Rachel Primé, followed by curated cheese + charcuterie boards assembled by Mary Charlotte, and of course your choice of craft beer poured by Turtle Swamp.

The flow class is all levels and will take place in the taproom. No experience necessary! Please bring your own mat.


You have the option to purchase a bundle for 2 or 4 people. Tickets include 1 board to share, 1 beer per person, and 1 entry per person for the flow class. Additional beer is available for purchase all day!


About Rachel:

Rachel is a Boston-based RYT200 yoga teacher and barre instructor. She finds mindful movement to be incredibly healing, grounding, and empowering.

Rachel has been teaching since 2016, both in studios and gyms, and now virtually on her platform Relevé with Rachel. She strives to create classes that are accessible and inclusive, because wellness is for everyone.

About Mary Charlotte:

Mary Charlotte is a Boston-based cheeseboarder who works out of FoodRev kitchen in Stoneham, MA. When she’s not creating new spreads, she’s a social worker, and is always looking at the ways in which social justice and food intersect. She loves events and ways to bring people together!
