Join Char Willingham and Shawna Lemelman for a 90-minute practice that combines an all-levels flow, restorative postures, and a Crystal Singing Bowl Savasana. All proceeds from this class will be donated to the Boston Children's Hospital to support children and their families.


Cost: $40 donation for in-studio, sliding scale donations are available for livestream a with suggested $40 donation.
