Jason Pontin, Editor in Chief and Publisher, MIT Technology Review, Chairman, MIT Enterprise Forum, will host a fireside chat with Drew Houston, Founder and CEO of Dropbox.

The War for Talent

One reason Dropbox is so successful is that the company attracts and holds great people. While no company ever “wins” the war for talent — the war never actually ends — successful young companies do in fact know how to win the key battles. Learn how Dropbox does it. Register for this fireside chat with Dropbox Founder Drew Houston. He’ll answer questions like:

How has Dropbox been able to scale its engineering team successfully? What are the right incentives that young companies can offer top talent? What are the biggest recruiting mistakes young tech companies make?

$45/free for students.

Drew Houston graduated from MIT and wrote the first lines of code for Dropbox while at a train station in Boston. These days he’s usually out and about running Dropbox’s business affairs, but he still contributes a lot to Dropbox’s client software. In the little free time he has, Drew can be found jamming on his guitar.
