Final “Chefs at Sea” Dinner Series Ends with Acclaimed SRV Chefs

On August 15th, BHG’s “Chefs at Sea” cruises will bring guests along for an incredibly scenic and gastronomically satisfying three-hour culinary experience with a creatively prepared menu penned by Chef Michael Lombardi and Kevin O’Donnell of SRV, an award-winning Boston based restaurant specializing in traditional Venetian food with a modern interpretation.

To start the evening, Chefs Lombardi and O’Donnell will provide their renowned passed Cicchetti dishes including Polpette, Native corn and Parm Biscuits. Guests will also be treated to Prosciutto and Melon with pistachio and stracciatella, Heirloom Tomato with cashews, summer fruit and kohlrabi and the Lumache defined as loster fra diavolo, corn and garlic scapes. The night will finish on a sweet note with a Stone Fruit Zuppa Inglese. Guests will enjoy live entertainment, dancing, and sightseeing from spacious decks, all while sailing the tranquil waters of Gloucester Harbor. Cash bars featuring a full selection of premium beer, wine and spirits will be available for those who wish to imbibe.

Tickets for BHG’s “Chefs at Sea” series are $80 per person and will be available by visiting chefsatseaboston.com. Guests are invited to attend another one of the eight all-encompassing evenings throughout Summer 2018.

A percentage of proceeds from Chefs at Sea will benefit charitable organizations of the chefs choosing.
