Fiber Arts Boston - a resource and innovation center opened in June 2017 in the South End - is turning 1! Come join us to celebrate, browse our facilities, and speak with staff to see exactly what we're all about. On our birthday, we make sure everyone is royalty, so we'll be having paper crowns for you to make, pizza to enjoy, free door prizes, a silent raffle, and MORE! And while we won't have a smash cake, we will have plenty of yarn cakes. Hope to see you there!

Fiber Arts Boston Resource and Innovation Center (FABRIC) is a community space founded in June 2017 for the advancement of fiber art in our community. Our users encompass all levels of experience – from very beginners to people running handmade businesses. At FABRIC we strive to serve a wide range of people by offering classes and workshops, a varied selection of tools, books, and notions. Everything in our studio is available to use with a Day Pass and visitors can browse our book collection, ask questions, sit and work on their projects, or wind a ball of yarn with our swift and ball winder free of charge.
