This exciting event will bring together resident leaders, Fenway CDC members, and professionals diverse business sectors including local real estate developers and Fenway’s renowned institutions – the economic drivers of our region. Our special guests will include: Sheila Dillon, Chief of Housing for the City of Boston; Tim Davis, Housing Policy Manager at the Boston Planning & Development Agency; Tim Czerwienski, Project Manager at the Boston Planning & Development Agency; and other prominent stakeholders from the housing industry.


The Fenway Ball supports Fenway CDC’s programs and services. We serve adults, children, youth, elders, people with physical disabilities and special needs, and formerly homeless residents. We help them access affordable housing, education programs, job skills training, employment opportunities, food access programs, financial education, health improvement programs, social services, civic engagement activities, and community events so that they can lead healthier and happier lives.

We would love to invite you to participate in our Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) program to increase the impact of Fenway CDC’s work. Your contribution of $1,000 or more may make you eligible for a Massachusetts Community Investment Tax Credit equal to 50% of your donation. Businesses, nonprofits, foundations, and individuals can all participate. If donors do not have any tax liability, or if they live out of state, they can utilize this program and receive a refund in the amount of the credit.
