Leave the grilling to us this year at The Liberty’s Father’s Day Pig Roast BBQ Party! This festive and family-friendly event will take place outside in The Yard, The Liberty's private outdoor courtyard.


The Father's Day Pig Roast BBQ Party will feature live music, roasted heritage-breed pig and jerk chicken from Chef Anthony Dawodu, Michter’s bourbon cocktail or glass of Ghost Pines cabernet, summery side dishes, and a hand-rolled cigar from our master cigar roller.


Selections Include:
Whole Roasted Pig and Jerk Seasoned Roasted Chicken


Sides & Salads:
Summer Vegetable Succotash
Roasted Peewee Potatoes with Garlic, Citrus and Parsley
Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella, Aged Balsamic, Lemon Oil and Basil

Doors open at 3pm.


Families welcome/no charge for children 13 and under.
