Sweet Cheeks Q, Tiffani Faison’s award-winning barbecue destination, will host a traditional Fat Tuesday crawfish boil to kick off Mardi Gras.

Chef and owner Tiffani Faison and Chef de Cuisine Dan Raia will serve up a traditional Crawfish Boil with fresh crawfish flown in from Louisiana, served with gulf shrimp, andouille sausage, new potatoes and corn on the cob, all doused in drawn butter and southern spices. Seafood Gumbo and King Cake will also be included with the meal. Guests can let the good times roll with an array of cocktails served à la carte to complete the Fat Tuesday celebration.
