Welcome to Farm Yoga at the Douglas Orchard & Farm!


Join Michelle Forest, a registered yoga teacher, for gentle flow yoga classes at the Douglas Orchard & Farm! Each week, classes will be held:

Saturday's 9:30AM-10:30AM


Classes will cost $10 each (cash only) Participating kids under 11 free. Please plan to arrive to ALL classes ~15-minutes early to prepare your yoga mat.


Everyone will be required to sign a waiver before participating in their first class. Paper copies will be provided at the farm.


Please be sure to dress in comfortable clothing and to bring a yoga mat and water.


All ages are welcome. Children 11 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent.


Please be sure to check the Douglas Farm & Orchard Facebook page regularly, as yoga classes will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
