Newton Community Farm's Farm Fun in the Sun summer outdoor classes for elementary and middle school-aged kids is open for registration! We'll have 7 weeks of small-group classes in July and August taught by experienced teachers. Classes cost $200 per weekly session. This hands-on program is held outside in and around our Learning Garden where kids explore topics including farming, plants, food, chickens, insects, and sustainability with two experienced educators. Each week has a different farm-based theme! Sign up by the week for mornings (9:30 - 11:30 am) or afternoons (1:30-3:30 pm) based on age.
