Mezze is an assortment of small dishes eaten as appetizers or a light meal, common to Southwest Asia, Greece, the Balkans, and North Africa. Learn how to make an assortment of these delicious spreads: beet tzatziki, hummus, and freshly roasted baba ghanoush, featuring local seasonal ingredients.

You’ll pick up a bundle of fresh seasonal ingredients, including fresh flatbread, from one of three locations (JP, Quincy or Medford) and return home for a Zoom cooking class led by Annabel Rabiyah, a professional chef.

All proceeds directly support Boston Community Gardens. Tickets sales stop at midnight on Wednesday September 16. Members get a 20% discount. For any questions, please reach out to [email protected]

Once you register, you'll receive a Zoom link, be asked to select a pickup location, and get a short list of pantry staples that you'll need to have on hand.
