This all-levels, all-ages, family-friendly yoga class offers movement and relaxation with an easy-going, approachable tone. Parents/caregivers are welcome to bring their children to flow with the class or play alongside with our "fit kit" of toys. Please note: parents/caregivers are still responsible for their child's/children's supervision as no childcare will be available. This class is not intended to be a playgroup or parent+child exercise class.
