Join a BNC Teacher Naturalist as we partner with the New Brook Farm for a ramble through the woods. We will learn a bit about the history of the Brook Farm and explore the woods and observe the wetlands. The trail is generally wide, flat, and dry. We will cover approximately 3 miles.


PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 15 pre-registered children. Participants are required to wear a face covering when less than six feet apart, and when entering the building, and follow social distancing guidelines. This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather. This program will run rain or shine.


Instructions and Directions:
The location is The Brook Farm Historic Site located at 670 Baker Street, West Roxbury. (Enter and park vehicles in the cemetery parking area - a short distance from the Baker Street entrance).
