Chef Nicholas Elmi and friends at Royal Boucherie—Old City’s American-inspired brasserie are hosting a fun, Autumn Harvest Dinner next Tuesday, November 13. This fun, informative experience brings a deliciously autumnal and seasonally inspired multi-course prix-fixe menu paired with local goodness from Three Springs Fruit Farm, Ploughman Cider and Green Meadow Farm.
Seventh generation farmer Ben Wenk of Three Springs Fruit Farm and Ploughman Cider will discuss the ciders and the process by which they are produced throughout the evening. Additionally, Ian Brendle, owner and head farmer at Green Meadow Farm, will give insights on the growing seasons in the Mid-Atlantic as well as feature previously unreleased collaboration cider for the dessert course.
This special autumnal experience is $60 per person and includes cider pairings. The price excludes tax and gratuity. Reservations are limited and may be made by calling Royal Boucherie at 267-606-6313.
