The Friends of Herter Park & Boston Hassle present some great local bands right here at the Herter Park Amphitheater, Sept 19, 7-10 pm (rain date 9/20)! The #HerterAmp is a 350 seat outdoor venue, with an additional 200 lawn seats, along the Charles River in Allston. Plenty of FREE parking! Pack a picnic & come enjoy music under the stars! These are FREE community performances!


Above Ground Basement - A curious Boston band with a pop sound rooted in prog notions. Some may call it grunge, or alternative rock, but others just call it good, dynamic, inventive songwriting.


​Tory Silver - Takes a fresh look at various strains of indie rock, pulling together some of the good ones, and leaving us with a beautiful batch of fuzzy tunes all her own.


Ed Balloon - Offering up his avant R&B for the masses. He'll be stoking your curiosity and next thing you know your dancing in the aisles.
