On Saturday, September 23rd, 2017, Equinox, Boston’s high-performance lifestyle leader, is bringing together Boston’s community of wellness, fitness, nutrition and art in honor of its fifth Boston club, Equinox Seaport, with ‘The Block,’ a community event located at Seaport Common.
From 10:00AM – 5:00PM, guests can enjoy group fitness classes and head-to-head challenges featuring Equinox’s signature programming, rejuvenation areas with meditation set in a tranquil escape and interactive conversations/demos from Boston’s top health and wellness leaders like celebrity ‘Top Chef’ Tiffani Faison (Sweet Cheeks Q/Tiger Mama). Additionally, guests can expect creative experiences in partnership with Artists for Humanity and Green City Growers that includes interactive art and urban gardening. A marketplace with local artisans and public picnic grounds will feature local food vendors like Juice Press, Bon Me, RICE BURG, ChickChak Food Truck, Sate Grill and more, as well as ongoing sets from entertainers like DJ Abby Duren.
