Burnt Caramel -- A complex dark caramel blended into a semi-sweet chocolate ganache
Hot Chocolate -- A dark chocolate ganache with a hint of creme de cacao & handmade marshmallow
Lemongrass/Thai Chili -- A dark chocolate ganache with a delicious balance of citrus & warmth
Lime Toasted Coconut -- A white chocolate ganache infused with lime zest & blended with toasted coconut
Milk Crème Fraiche -- A silky smooth milk chocolate with a subtle tangy finish
Pinenut Cinnamon -- Candied pine nuts & cinnamon ground into a finely textured praline
Raspberry -- A lush red raspberry ganache with a splash of framboise
Sao Tome -- 67% Cocoa beans from the Vila Gracinda plantation with herbaceous flavors & tropical fruit
Star Anise / Pink Peppercorn -- A chocolate ganache with the flavor of licorice & a sweet peppery finish
