Our hosts Justine MacNeil and Ed Crochet (Fiore Fine Foods) will kick things off with spring vegetable crostini with fermented porcini vinaigrette, followed by roasted beet tartare with quail egg from Chef Stephanie Willis (Eat Prep Love/Local Hero), a Muhibbah-style mashup of Jewish kreplach and Malaysian chicken rice from Chef Ange Branca (Saté Kampar/Muhibbah), and finally, a Lebanese pudding cake with H.G. Haskell's figs & cream from Chef Ari Miller (Musi BYOB).


Plus, we'll enjoy local wines from Chaddsford Winery, beer and mezcal from Dock Street Brewery, spirited and non-alcoholic punches made with Keepwell Vinegar , and Olga Sorzano (Baba's Brew /Local Hero) will be brewing a limited-edition kombucha just for this event.


We'll also save some time for Q&A with our 2019 Local Heroes. Space is extremely limited, so please reserve your spot early. You won't want to miss this incredible gathering of talent and local food and drinks!
