This Easter Sunday, Tuscan Kitchen in the Seaport District will celebrate their love of food and family. In addition to serving Tuscan Kitchen’s signature menu of artisan Italian cuisine, executive chef Nimesh Maharjan will masterfully create five a la carte features that showcase regional Italian cuisine. For a first taste of spring, there is an Arugula Salad with eight-year aged balsamic vinegar, strawberries and goat cheese ($14). The handmade pasta course, available as a starter or entrée, is Potato & Mascarpone Agnolotti with smoked pancetta and white wine-braised artichokes ($14/28). The entrée options put a twist on two holiday staples: Herb-Roasted Ham “Prosciutto Cotto” with mustard whipped potato, roasted organic carrots and cherry mostarda ($29) and Wood-Grilled Leg of Lamb with roasted red pepper salad, ricotta salata and olive oil whipped potatoes ($34). To end the culinary adventure, there is housemade Lemon Mascarpone Gelato with a gingersnap cookie, raspberry and mint ($9).
