What your kids will learn in this Cooking class:
Discover a world of incredible dumpling flavors! In this fun, hands-on cooking event they will learn the basics of crafting savory Chinese-style wontons and dumplings. Additionally, they will learn to wrap dumplings to different shapes including triangular, wonton and pleated crescent. The instructors will teach students on various dumpling-cooking methods, and help them to fold their own pork and shrimp dumplings. And make dipping sauce pairings.
