Boston indoor and outdoor lady cyclists - join Specialized Women's ambassador Rachele Pojednic, and lululemon ambassadors Melinda Davala Sarkis, Laura Mucci, and Catie Macken on a winter training series designed to strengthen and stretch your cycling power. Three indoor cycling classes at Flywheel Sports Boston and three yoga classes in store at the Prudential Center will get your legs, heart and mind ready for a strong spring season! If you attend all six classes, you will receive a Specialized bike light for your road bike and be entered to win a Specialized Base Miles Stormproof Backpack!

Community classes on Sunday mornings are always free; for the month of February all of our classes will be donation based to benefit Here To Be: a community based social impact program that makes the healing benefits of yoga and meditation accessible through best in class nonprofit partnerships. Locally, we support Ivy Child, a nonprofit devoted to universal mindfulness education and the prioritization of multicultural needs of children and communities.
