Arts at the Armory is delighted to welcome Afropop sensation, Dobet Gnahoré, to the Spotlight Series stage on June 27!

With her majestic voice, fierce dance moves, magnetic stage presence, and colorful sense of style, GRAMMY-winner Dobet Gnahoré is one of Africa's most revered and respected talents. She appeals to fans of Angelique Kidjo, Yemi Alade, and Fatoumata Diawara.
Her new album, Zouzou, showcases Gnahoré's continuing efforts to draw on the creative energy of Abidjan, a bustling African metropolis that has emerged from years of conflict to become one of West Africa’s most important economic engines and creative centers.
