Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal, and rejuvenate at core levels. Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery, and other practices, the class is systematically guided on a meditation journey through each of the 5 levels of our whole being called the koshas.
Following the meditation, Laura incorporates the deep healing sounds of crystal bowls to bring together the new level of awareness in the body with the healing frequencies of the bowls.
