Gin has a long history in America, from the Volstead Act, establishing prohibition, through the “three-martini lunch,” to the present day crafting of boutique gins. Learn how different types of gin are made, the history of gin in America since Prohibition, and how to make and perfect a variety of gin drinks. You must be 21 or older to enroll in this class.
