Treat yourself to an exclusive sake tasting at one of Cambridge’s most exciting new restaurants. This unique experience takes place at Pagu, renowned chef and restaurateur Tracy Chang’s buzzed-about Japanese tapas spot, and features everything you need to appreciate the ancient—and delicious—spirit. You’ll relax in the stylish space as the bar manager and wine steward lead you through a tasting of six different types of sake, explaining the history and preparation of each. Best of all, each sake will be paired with pintxos (Spanish-style light bites) from the kitchen, complementing the flavors perfectly.
