Enjoy a walking tour of Chinatown’s grocery stores, barbecue shops, bakery shops, restaurants, followed by dinner with the instructor at a restaurant of his choice. He’ll give you advice about ordering, explain various cooking techniques, and talk about what makes a harmonious Chinese meal, so you can come back and enjoy Chinatown on your own. The class will convene at 42 Brattle Street and then take the T downtown. Tuition includes the cost of dinner, taxes, and tip.
