ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Austin Gardner-Smith – Senior Director, Product Design, Nanigans

Austin is the Senior Director of Product Design at Nanigans, one of the most innovative companies in advertising technology and cloud marketing today. Prior to his current role, he spent three years at Hill Holiday, starting as Editor in its then newly-formed Content Department before taking on the role of VP, Service Design. Combining strong systems- and design-thinking skills with practical experience in digital product design and development, Austin worked across nearly all of Hill Holliday’s accounts and was a frequent participant in new business pitches involving high-profile brands. Austin started his marketing career as a member of the founding team at Streetwise Media (now BostInno) - a digital media and events company that has since been acquired by American City Business Journals.
