Moles are traditional sauces in Mexican cuisine. They each boast unique flavors and qualities. Cocoa is used in some of the most world-renowned moles to add bold bittersweet notes, depth of flavor, and dark, deep hues.


All too often, mole sauces require a laundry list of obscure ingredients, have lengthy simmer times, and cost a small fortune to make!


I'll show you how to make a velvety-rich savory sauce in under an hour and with only 10 common-stock ingredients. In this fun, interactive cooking class, you'll learn:
- how to make this versatile, bold sauce.
- different ways to use your new mole sauce, from braising meats and poultry to - garnishing grilled vegetables.
- about the different types of traditional mole sauces.
- how cocoa is used in savory applications to create balance and depth.


Please note: Class starts at 7pm but the virtual "doors" open at 6:45. Feel free to join me early if you are unfamiliar with Zoom, virtual events, or opening pdf documents. We will make sure you have everything you need for a seamless, fun class.
