Plan on 60 minutes from 9-10am PST.

This workshop is for you if:

• You find yourself wondering why you're feeling overloaded, overworked, and run down.
• You want to nourish your body but are overwhelmed by all the wellness information that's out in the world.
• You’ve watched other women experience "healthy living" only to find yourself wondering if...“I’ll never have time to figure this out...how the hell does she find the time to have it all together?”

Let’s face it, we aren’t all wellness gurus. Can I get an “AMEN?” The deal is... YES... we aren’t all experts but we can learn and become skillful students of wellness.

The knowledge comes from knowing you want to make a change to better your health, even if you don’t have the support, accountability, or energy to figure out what you need.
