Halibut State park is a bucolic green space transformed from an industrial granite quarry that ceased production in 1934. Located along the seaside the quarry is now filled with 60ft of natural spring water which reflects the blue skies and the nearby ocean. Standing atop 440 million year old granite, photographers can capture both the New England seascape and the still waters which fill the quarry.
